Shannon Curll joined our team in 2005 as our bookkeeper on a part-time basis.  At the time, she was also working for a law firm that specialized in real estate transactions and discovered that she enjoyed the real estate dealings and wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate.  Shannon received her Real Estate License in the Fall of 2007. She began by working on deals by personal referrals only, since her time was limited.  She has transitioned herself to be able to spend more time practicing real estate.   

Shannon received a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Assumption College, Income Tax Certificate from H&R Block and is working on a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.  In addition, Shannon is a Notary Public and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the local chapter, Realtors Association of Central Mass.  Originally from Worcester, Shannon currently resides in Northborough with her son.
